Physical Education is an important part of our everyday life. As a discipline, it encourages, life long fitness, teamwork, and fun. However, the cognitive aspect provides us with the knowledge we need to understand how we can become fit and stay fit. This is very important as we try to establish a fitness and wellness program for life.
It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to teach young men the importance of fitness, team work in team sports, and the discipline that comes with their growth into leadership roles.
